Steak'n® is, without a doubt, the best beef bacon on the market today. It is a combination of two great flavors: beef and bacon. The end result is the juicy flavor of a red meat steak combined with the familiar flavor of bacon.

We use boneless, trimmed, beef short plate from cattle of the upper midwest and baconize it in small town, Howard, South Dakota. Our beef bacon is available in a traditional, hardwood smoked flavor or a black pepper flavor. It contains lower sodium than the average pork bacon and is the ideal bacon for non-pork-eating communities.

Steak'n® is best cooked pan-fried but can also be baked on high heat. If pan-fried to a crispier consistency, the product becomes similar to traditional pork bacon, but when left chewier, tastes more like a bacon-flavored steak strip.
